Agreement to Terms
These terms and conditions apply to the Yaqeen Connect app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Kaym Kassai (the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. Upon downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. You are strongly advised to read and understand them before using the Application.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Modifications and Charges
The Service Provider is dedicated to making the Application as useful and efficient as possible. They reserve the right to modify the Application or to charge for their services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
Personal Data and Device Security
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the Application secure. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which removes software restrictions imposed by the official operating system. Such actions can expose your phone to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromise its security, and may cause the Application not to work correctly or at all.
Third-Party Services

Internet Connection and Data Charges
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not work at full capacity due to no access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance. If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms apply. You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage, or other third-party charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device, it is assumed that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Device and Battery
The Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your use of the Application. For example, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate but relies on third parties to provide information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the Application.
Artificial Intelligence
The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide certain features or services. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that AI may be used to process data and deliver those functionalities. The Service Provider ensures that all AI usage complies with applicable laws and is designed to benefit the user experience.
Updates, Availability, and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application. Availability and system requirements (including for any additional systems they extend the Application to) may change, and you may need to download updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that they will always update the Application so that it remains relevant to you or compatible with your operating system version. You agree to accept updates to the Application when offered. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application and may terminate your use at any time without notice. Upon any termination, unless they inform you otherwise: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These terms and conditions are effective as of 2026-01-24.
